BENHAM, Justice.
Bernard Roberts was fatally shot on October 15, 2003, while in a fistfight with appellant Lavone Rivers. Rivers contends on appeal that the evidence was not sufficient to authorize the convictions, that his motion to sever his trial from that of his co-defendant was improperly denied, and that he was denied his right to effective assistance of trial counsel. After reviewing the record and transcript in light of appellant’s assertions of error, we find no reversible error and affirm the judgment of conviction.
