Benham, Justice.
Appellant Isiah Heard and his co-defendant, Morrell Ashford, were convicted of and sentenced for the murder of Jerald Manley and the aggravated assaults of Darrin Burgess and Anthony Cleveland. We affirmed Ashford’s convictions in Ashford v. State, 271 Ga. 148 (518 SE2d 420) (1999).
