Mehegan's Case

This is a claim under the workmen’s compensation act, brought by the widow of Michael J. Mehegan for compensation for herself and dependent minor children, on the ground that her husband was an employee of Julia L. White, the insured, and that his death arose out of and in the course of his employment. G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 152.
