Petitioners brought this proceeding in mandamus to compel the superior court (a) to vacate a minute order limiting the scope of a deposition, and (b) to require the State Bar and Jack A. Hayes, its secretary, to answer certain written interrogatories upon the taking of a deposition in a libel action.
