This is an action for damages for alleged breach of a written lease. Defendant's demurrer to the second amended petition was sustained, the petition dismissed and judgment entered in accordance with Section 796, Revised Statutes 1929, from which order and judgment of the circuit court plaintiff appealed. The amount of damages sued for gives this court jurisdiction of the appeal. The action was brought by A.H. Mack and Fred H. Shofstall as plaintiffs.
