| sIn this medical malpractice action, plaintiffs, Robert McGregor and Ruth McGregor, appeal from two trial court judgments granting summary judgment in favor of Dr. Gerald Miletello, Dr. Georgia Reine, and Louisiana Medical Mutual Insurance Company (LAMMICO). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
