DYER, District Judge.

Informations having been filed in this court, on behalf of the United States, in several causes of seizure under the internal revenue laws, orders were made requiring the claimants in the respective cases, to produce certain books and papers, for examination by the. attorneys of the United States. On the day named in the orders for the production of these books and documents, the claimants appeared by their counsel to contest the right of the government to take these proceedings, and in the Case of Schcenfeld, who is alleged to be a rectifier of distilled spirits, moved…
