Defendant, Hugh Edward Walton, appeals from the trial court's order denying his Crim. P. 35(c) motion for postconviction relief. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of aggravated robbery, one count of theft, two counts of menacing, one count of crime of violence, and four habitual criminal counts.
