This is a breach of contract action brought by Plaintiff, County Council of Northampton County (“County Council”) against Defendant, SHL Systemhouse Corporation (“Systemhouse”) and expanded by Systemhouse to include its suit against Third Party Defendant, Northampton County (“County”).
