This action was commenced by the filing of a petition in the District Court of Oklahoma County by one A. E. Kalkhurst, defendant in error, hereinafter called plaintiff, against National Outdoor Advertising Company, a corporation, hereinafter called defendant. Plaintiff alleged in his petition that for several years prior to February 1, 1955 he had been employed by a corporation called Western Good Roads Service Company, which shall be hereafter referred to as Western.
