Before the Court is Plaintiff/Defendanbin-Interpleader Hartford Casualty Insurance Company’s (“Hartford”) Motion for Payment of Contract Funds and Attorney’s Fees (Rec. Doc. 65). This motion is opposed by Defendanb-in-Interpleader Investar Bank (“Investar”) as to the payment of contract funds (Rec.
