MEMORANDUM OPINION

H. FRANKLIN WATERS, Chief Judge.

The plaintiff, David P. Taylor, a resident and citizen of the State of New York, is the owner and successor in title and interest to 31 oil and gas leases located in Franklin County, Arkansas. The defendants are successors in title and interest to all mineral rights in the leases in question. There are three groups of defendants involved.
