MEMORANDUM DECISION

I. Introduction
Logan T. Johnston III, the Plaintiff in this adversary, and the Debtor-in-Possession, commenced this proceeding against Paula Parker, his ex-spouse, and Melvin Sternberg, her divorce attorney, and another individual on July 23, 2001. After various pretrial matters were considered, 1 the Plaintiff presented his case to the Court over several days.
