The defendant was indicted for a violation of § 20 of article 20 of the banking act (Ga. L. 1919, pp. 135, 216; 8 Park’s Code Supp. 1922, § 228Í(t); Michie’s Code, § 211(20)). He was convicted, his motion for a new trial was overruled, and he excepted. The indictment charges that on October 10, 1929, in Haralson county, W. G.
