SHELBY, Circuit Judge.

This is a supplemental bill seeking to enjoin an order of the Railroad Commission of Alabama fixing intrastate. passenger rates.

[1] The application for an interlocutory injunction was made to the District Court on the ground that the order of the Alabama Railroad Commission is violative of the federal Constitution.
