This cause came on to be heard on October 17, 1975, on the motion of the plaintiffs for partial summary judgment for maintenance and cure against the defendant, Triple T. Boats, Inc., pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court having considered all the pleadings on file, the affidavits of the plaintiffs, Levi Bosarge, Sr., and Levi Bosarge, Jr., and having heard the arguments of counsel finds that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact.
