Plaintiffs General Nutrition Centers, Inc. (“GNC”) and General Nutrition Investment Company (together, “Plaintiffs”) brought this action, alleging that Defendants General Vitamin Centers, Inc. and Nayma Cheema (together, “Defendants”) infringed on Plaintiffs’ GNC mark. (Compl. (Docket Entry # 1).)
