Plaintiff Dennis Guenther and his spouse Deborah Guenther (collectively “Guenther”) bring this action against defendants Modern Continental Companies, Modern Continental Construction Co. of New York, Inc., Modern Continental Construction Co., Inc. (collectively, “Modern”), the Hallen Construction Co., Inc. (“Hallen”) and Stone & Webster, Inc.
