BRORBY, Circuit Judge.
David Yazzie Jones pled guilty to one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(8), and one count of providing false information to obtain a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6). After departing downward three levels under the United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.), 1 the district court sentenced Mr. Jones to six months of home confinement and three years of probation.
