LONG, Justice.-
J. W. Beauchamp, deceased, was married' three times. There were children born to* each of said marriages. All of the wives of J. W. Beauchamp are dead. This suit to* partition a tract of land in Jones County was brought by the heirs of J. W. Beau-champ, deceased, and his first and second' wives, against the heirs of -J. W. Beau-champ and his third wife. It is undisputed! that the land was the community property of J. W. Beauchamp and his third wife.
