“In the above cause now pending in this court, final judgment was rendered in the lower court on April 27, 1935, in favor of C. E. Bowers, trustee, against Cleburne Theatres, Inc., and Cleburne National Bank, appellants herein, jointly and severally, for the sum of $140.00, with interest.
