NEWMAN, Judge.
Jeanette Santori (Santori), Administratrix of the Estate of John Santori, appeals from the order of the Honorable G. Craig Lord of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court), which granted the mo-tiop for summary judgment of the City of Philadelphia (City) and dismissed the complaint and all crosselaims with prejudice as to the City only. We affirm the order of the trial court.
