Plaintiffs have filed the above-captioned cases to challenge the responses of the defendant departments and agencies to plaintiffs’ requests for records under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552 et seq. Plaintiff Natural Resources Defense Council has filed motions for summary judgment with respect to the Department of Energy, the Department of the Interior and the Bureau of Land Management.
