A single justice of this court has ordered that Attorney Louis Kerlinsky pay certain funds to the estate of a former client and that Mr. Kerlinsky be publicly censured. The single justice’s order entered after consideration of an information filed by the Board of Bar Overseers (board), including the extensive record compiled before the board. Mr. Kerlinsky has appealed from the order. We conclude that Mr. Kerlinsky has acted improperly and that the discipline ordered by the single justice was appropriate.
