THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Plaintiffs Complaint, alleging a nondischargeability claim under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4). This statute renders a claim nondischargeable if it involves either defalcation while acting in a fiduciary capacity, larceny, or embezzlement.
