The hill of complaint in this case was filed below by Anna M. Wieklein, the appellant, against William J. Kidd, Florence G. Beach, Trustee, the Economy Building and Loan Association, a corporation, and Philip Blum, the appellees, and also against Carl W. and Matilda Weissenbom, but before the taking of testimony it was, at the plaintiff’s request, dismissed as to the Weissenboms.
