This is a motion by the appellees to set aside the super-sedeas and injunction granted by District Judge Foster at the time he allowed an appeal from an order of three judges, Circuit Judge Bryan, District Judge Clayton, and himself, denying an application for an interlocutory injunction under § 266 of t-he Judicial Code.
