This suit was originally brought by one of the appellants, C. C. Kavanaugh, against appellee, S. R. Morgan, and others, to recover possession of a certain lot in the city.of El Dorado, Arkansas, upon the alleged ground that he was the owner thereof by deed of conveyance from the Central Bank, said bank having purchased same in a decree of foreclosure of a deed of trust executed to it by S. R. Morgan.

- S. R. Morgan filed an answer, denying the material allegations in the complaint, and a cross-complaint alleging that said lot and the other property covered- by the deed of trust was foreclosed…
