MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO SUPPRESS

WINDER, Senior District Judge.

This matter is before the court on Defendant’s Motion to Suppress. On May 24, 2004, the court conducted an evidentiary hearing on the motion. Defendant Michael Kevin Hansen (“Hansen”) was present with his counsel, H. Don Sharp. The government was represented by Colleen K. Coebergh.
