MEMORANDUM OPINION

This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Title 28 U.S.C. § 157. This is a core proceeding under Title 28 U.S.C. § 157(A).
FACTS:
Berglund Construction Co., Inc. is a debt- or under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Anthony E.
