Action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real estate, i. e. ninety acres of land, in Benton County, Missouri. The contract was in writing, and by its terms Reeves sold to Roberts the following lands in said county:
“The northwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section Thirteen and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter and ten acres off of the north side of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section Fourteen, all in Township Forty-two of Range Twenty-two, containing 90 acres, more or less, except the right of way of the Mo.
