On September 10, 1938, plaintiff in error, hereinafter referred to as defendant, through its local agent at Ardmore issued and delivered to the defendant in error, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, a certain policy of insurance for a term of three years whereunder it insured a dwelling house, household goods, a barn, a storehouse, contents of said storehouse and a blacksmith shop against loss or damage by fire or windstorm.
