This is an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by the plaintiff, an automohile mechanic, while in the employ of the defendant at its branch establishment in Great Falls, Montana.

The defendant is a Montana corporation operating a number of establishments in the state, handling automobile parts, with its principal place of business at Billings.
