This is a workman’s compensation case. It appears from the record that J. T. McLaughlin was injured in the course of his employment as an employee of Phoenix Engineering Corporation. The injury occurred' on February 28, 1934, at New Iberia, in the State of Louisiana. The suit is sought to be maintained in this State under the extraterritorial provisions of our Workmen’s Compensaton Law. All preliminary steps necessary to invest the district court with jurisdiction were duly had. No good purpose would be served by detailing same here.
