This matter is before the Court on the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation (“R&R”) [25] recommending that Defendant Dwayne Antonio Jackson’s Motion to Suppress Evidence [18] recovered by law enforcement from a bedroom in his aunt’s apartment be granted.
