CASTLE, Circuit Judge.

The defendant-appellant, Jose BeceraSoto, prosecutes this appeal from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered following a jury trial on a three-count indictment charging him with the unlawful sale and possession of heroin. 1 Defendant was convicted on all three counts and sentenced to concurrent twenty-year terms of imprisonment.
