Appeal from an order of the Court of Claims which, among other things, directed the pretrial production of certain papers. The claim seeks recovery for personal injuries sustained by claimant when his automobile, proceeding across the Tappan Zee Bridge of the State Thruway, crossed the median into an opposing traffic lane and collided with another vehicle; the claim alleging negligence in, among other things, the construction and maintenance of the bridge roadway, “particularly in failing to provide the same with suitable railings, dividers, pavement * * * and light.” The Court…
