Plaintiff-appellant, Joan Kime, was seriously injured in a collision between the vehicle in which she was a passenger and a tractor-livestock trailer unit driven by Edward F. Yelli. Yelli owned the truck-tractor, and defendant-appellee, William A. Hobbs, a Holt County farmer-rancher, owned the livestock trailer. At the time of the accident, Yelli was hauling cattle for Hobbs.
