This case involves the claim of Nettie L. Schuler, widow of Ben Schuler, deceased, for workmen’s compensation. Prior to his death on November 8, 1935, said Ben Schuler had been employed by the Cudahy Packing Company for several years, as an electrician in its plant at Sioux City, Iowa. About quitting time on October 30, 1935, he told his foreman he was not feeling well and thought he was getting the flu, and after returning to his home he made substantially the same statement to his wife.
