Defendant in error, Philip D. Kaplan, (herein referred to as complainant,) filed his bill in the superior court of Cook county against plaintiff in error, Isaac Stein, (herein referred to as defendant,) for an accounting. The cause was referred to a master to take the evidence and report whether complainant was entitled to an accounting. The master found that complainant was entitled to an accounting and a decree was entered accordingly. An appeal was prosecuted to the Appellate Court for the First District, where the decree was affirmed, and the cause was remanded to the trial court to state…
