Allied Marketing Group, Inc. d/b/a Sweepstakes Clearinghouse (Allied) appeals from the trial court’s order granting a traditional summary judgment and a no-evidence summary judgment in favor of Paramount Pictures Corporation; Paramount Stations Group, Inc.; Joe Tobin; Fernando Martinez; Chuck Whitlock; Barry Nolan; Lisa Gregorisch; and Diane Dimond (collectively referred to as Paramount).
