MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MacLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on defendants’ motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. The motion to dismiss will be granted.
FACTS
The plaintiff in this action, Lars Johansson, is a farmer who raises swine. In the title of plaintiff’s complaint, plaintiff indicates that he is president of the Pseudorabies Class Action Committee.
