FINAL JUDGMENT AND FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

THIS CAUSE was tried before the Court without a jury on July 31, and August 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, and 15, 1989. Plaintiffs brought this lawsuit pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 to enjoin, declare unconstitutional, and recover damages for the alleged deprivation of Plaintiffs’ constitutional rights, under the First, Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments, by the CITY OF HIALEAH.
