¶ 1. Miguel A. Ayala appeals from a judgment of conviction and sentence after a jury found him guilty of one count of first-degree intentional homicide as party to a crime by use of a dangerous weapon, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 940.01(l)(a), 939.05 and 939.63(l)(b) (2007-08),1 and three counts of armed robbery with use of force, as party to a crime, contrary to Wis. Stat. §§ 943.32(2) and 939.05.
