This sijit was brought by appellees in the district court of Wichita' county, Tex., against appellants, a copart-nership and as individuals, for personal injuries alleged to have been inflicted on Mrs. Gorsline by the negligence of the defendants. The case was submitted to a jury upon special issues, and on the answers to such issues the trial court rendered judgment in favor of appellees, and appeal was taken from such judgment.
