This suit was instituted in the district court of Carson county, Tex., by the appellant, T. C. Overstreet, against the appellee, C. H. McClelland, to recover $15,875 for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained by appellant and damage to his automobile caused by the alleged negligence of appellee.
