THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs Motion for Attorney’s Fees and Costs. (Docket Entry “DE” 59).
THE MATTER was referred to the Honorable Peter R. Palermo, United States Magistrate Judge. The Magistrate Judge has filed a Report and Recommendation dated October 15, 1992 (DE 77). The Plaintiff and the Defendant have filed objections to the Report and Recommendation. (DE 78, 80).
