This is a workmen's compensation case. Claimant received an award of $11,200 by the industrial commission and the self insured employer appealed to the circuit court. The circuit court sustained the finding of the commission and the employer again appealed.

Lem Stephens, deceased, was the employee; claimant is his widow and sole dependent. Two contentions are made by appellant: (1) That there was no substantial evidence that the accident, which claimant says resulted in the death of her husband, arose out of and in the course of his employment; and (2) that there was no substantial evidence…
