The Official Creditors’ Committee of Specialty Products, Inc. (hereinafter referred to *882as the “Committee”), John Glucklin, et al., commenced the above-referenced adversary proceeding on June 6, 1983. Answers were timely filed by each of the above-named defendants: Specialty Products, Inc. (“Specialty Products”), the debtor herein; Lancaster Colony Corporation (“Lancaster Colony”); and Walter L.
