MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

The first matter before the Court is Defendant’s motion for a protective order pursuant to Rules 26(c) and 30(d), Fed.R.Civ.P., in the above-captioned consolidated adversary proceedings. Debtor requests protection against the taking of his deposition contending that under the rules the Court has authority to issue such an order to protect him from annoyance, embarrassment, oppression, or undue burden or expense.
